Georgia Cloepfil’s nonfiction debut, The Striker and the Clock was published by Riverhead (U.S.) andBloomsbury (U.K.) in July, 2024.

Her other writing can be found in The Yale Review, The New York Times Magazine, The Washington Post, n+1, Defector and Joyland among other places. She holds an MFA from the University of Idaho and is currently the Phillip Renshaw Visiting Author in Residence at Linfield University. Georgia lives and works in Portland, Oregon.
